Change of mind (online purchases)

You can tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to return them, and you then have a further 14 days to send them back. Goods must be returned in the condition received. Genuinely personalised goods and opened sealed software may be excluded. Choosing standard components for a build does not, by itself, remove your cancellation rights.

Faulty goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and the Sale of Goods Act. These rights are separate from any manufacturer warranty.

How to return

Email hello@ggmachinesca.com with your order number and a description of the issue before sending anything back, so we can arrange the right handling. Please back up and remove personal data first.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the account that paid, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or proof of return.

You don't have to use this form, but you can copy it into an email to hello@ggmachinesca.com to cancel an online order.
